The data set was compiled by Road Inventory of the Indiana GIS Department of Transportation (INDOT) . Dataset is classified as sde Feature Class. The Feature Class is projected Coordinate System: NAD 1983, UTM, Zone 16 N. The Projections is Transverse Mercator.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Each Access control Line Inventory is placed as to Position, and a From and To Measure. Access Control is described as: No Access Control, Partial Access Control, and Full Access Control. No Control is described as access is not controlled and only the consideration of access to the route is safety. Partial Control is described as access is controlled to the extent that selected at-grade crossings and some driveways are permiitted. Full Control is described as access by interchanges and at-grade crossings and direct driveways are prohibited.
